Teaching Artist (Piano)
Annie is a pianist, accompanist, and teacher. Her mother introduced her to the music world. She started playing piano when she was 8 years old through a school program and later received private lessons. She fell in love with the sound of piano and used piano competitions to improve her playing. While in high school, she was the accompanist for her school chorus and continued as an accompanist through college. She received a full scholarship to Seoul University in South Korea and earned a Bachelor in Piano Performance. Annie started teaching piano lessons as a senior in high school and has continued teaching both freelance and with SOUNDS Academy. Annie is also the pianist for the praise team and choir at New Life Korean Presbyterian. In addition to being a teacher, Annie is a wife, and a mother to 4 children who are members of SOUNDS Academy.
