Dante Moss Jr is a seasoned songwriter, performer, and mentor. With a background rooted in a love for music nurtured during his youth in church, Dante’s passion for writing and playing instruments flourished early on. As a full-time student athlete majoring in Music and Theatre at Covenant College, he honed his creative skills, setting the stage for his mission to impact the world through the arts.
Relocating to Atlanta in 2015, Dante began mentoring college students from Morehouse and Clark Atlanta University, guiding them in musical and performance development. Signing as a songwriter with RFMG, he collaborated with artists under labels like Def Jam and Quality Control. In 2019, Dante founded The Create Campaign, empowering independent artists to build their careers and find fulfillment within their crafts. The Create Campaign’s work attracted attention from youth programs and schools across the country, leading Dante to conduct workshops on expression and art’s transformative power. Recently, Dante had the opportunity to attend a two-week session with Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Ne-Yo, refining his skills in song arrangement and connecting music with everyday life.
Balancing his passion for music with a background in sports, Dante brings a team-oriented approach to his work. Joining SOUNDS Academy, he aims to further the organization’s growth and impact by nurturing the next generation of musicians.
