New Board Members in 2026

Please welcome our newest board members!

Big things are happening at SOUNDS Academy, and we are thrilled to welcome four incredible community leaders to our Board of Directors.

Andrew Simek is a staff member for Representative Yassamin Ansari in the US House of Representatives and serves on our External Affairs Committee. 

Briana Clark is the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Valley Leadership and serves on our External Affairs Committee. 

David Matthews is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Flatbay Capital and serves on our Internal Affairs Committee.

Illya Riske is the Executive Director of the Provost Business Office at Arizona State University and serves on our Board Governance Committee.

We are incredibly grateful to have these talented leaders lending their expertise, energy, and passion to SOUNDS Academy. Their leadership will help us build on our momentum and continue expanding the impact of our mission.
